Getting Started! To register as a volunteer:
- Click the "Sign In" link in the right-hand corner at the top of this page.
- Click the "Register" button. Complete the registration form.
- Please complete all of the required fields.
- Click the “Save and Continue” button. If you do this and it takes you back to the registration form, scroll to the top of the page and look for the instruction in red. Hit save and continue again to submit your registration.
Congratulations! You can now sign-up for volunteer shifts using your new login.
To sign up for a volunteer shift:
- Sign in with your username and password.
- Scroll down to the date you are interested in volunteering.
- Click the "Sign Up" button for the date you would like to volunteer.
- Follow the prompts to finalize your volunteer date.
- If you would like to sign up for a full day, please sign up for both shifts.
You will receive an email confirmation following your completed registration for an event and a reminder email before the event.
To sign up for a group of 5 or more:
- Please CALL our Volunteer Coordinator at 509.534.2552 x21.
- We will reserve space for your group on the specified day and assign a group name.
- Individuals will then register with your group name and take the reserved spots.
Each individual will receive an email confirmation following your completed registration for an event and a reminder email before the event.

- From Spokane:
- Take US-395 North towards Deer Park
- Exit RIGHT onto S. Main Street at the Deer Park sign
- At the traffic circle, turn RIGHT onto H Street
- At the stop sign, turn RIGHT onto Colville Road
- Turn RIGHT onto I Street at the Habitat-for-Humanity Sign
Or set your GPS to the corner of "H Street" and "Colville Road" - we are one block south
Volunteer Application and Waiver
EVERYONE MUST HAVE A WAIVER ON FILE. WAIVERS ARE GOOD FOR ONE YEAR. Please download and fill out our Volunteer Application and Waiver form and bring it to the jobsite (or fill one out on site). For those volunteers 16 and 17 years old, a parent/guardian signature is required for this form.
Need a ride?
Habitat-Spokane now has a VanPool Wednesday-Saturday. We leave at 7:30am from The Habitat-Spokane Office (732 N Napa, Spokane, WA 99202) and return at 3:25pm from Deer Park to arrive back at the Office at 4pm. If you would like to use the VanPool, please schedule to work both AM and PM shifts, bring a sack lunch, and call Monee at 534.2552 to schedule your spot.
Need to cancel your volunteer day?
Sign in with your username and password. Scroll down to "Your Events". Locate the event you need to cancel and click the "Cancel" button. Follow the prompts to cancel your event.
Safety Training - Optional Online Training
Nervous about volunteering or want to brush up your skills? You can view our online safety training offered by Lockton Insurance. Your employee access code is W8NAEBTG. View the second link "Volunteering on a Habitat for Humanity Build Site." This training is not required, however, you are encouraged to complete it and ask any questions you may have.

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities

We build come rain, snow or shine. We will provide any safety equipment and all tools necessary to complete the day’s activities. You may bring your own safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, hand tools and belt, but please leave your power tools at home.
Please dress for the weather in comfortable clothes that are not too baggy. Leave jewelry at home. Close-toed shoes are required.
